Shipping and Returns
UK/EU and Worldwide Orders:
EcoGadgets Ltd uses a table rate postage and packaging system. This means you pay a more accurate rate on the products you have ordered. The smaller the weight, the cheaper the postage. UK postage starts from as little as £2.95. Worldwide postage starts at £6.45. All orders are dispatched 'recorded' and 'international signed for' delivery to ensure safe arrival and traceability. All our products are insured in case of lost items protecting both us and you. The cost of recorded and International signed for is incorporated into the postage table rate.
We always aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs. On occasions this may take a little longer as some products may be out of stock. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail if your order will take longer to dispatch. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your goods and please do contact us if your goods have not arrived within this time scale.
Please note that all our orders will require a signature, so if you are normally out during the day please provide us with an address where there will be a signatory. If you cannot do this then your parcel may need collecting from your local postal sorting office.
If you wish to use our 24hr express delivery (next working day Monday-Thursday) service please contact us beforehand with your delivery requirements and we will quote a delivery price usually around £10 extra. UK Orders only and all orders need to be placed by 1300 for same day dispatch.
Overseas Orders:
We dispatch most of our items worldwide, some larger items may be too costly to dispatch and these items may not be on offer to countries outside the UK. Please check delivery rates for larger/bulk items with us beforehand. All overseas orders are dispatched 'International Signed For' providing insurance and traceability.
Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any purchase you have made, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a 14 day product replacement or money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the product in a saleable condition with the original (undamaged) packaging. Any claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 working days on receipt of ordered goods.
Warranties:
Please always register your manufacturer product warranty as soon as you receive your orders(s.) This will give you longer protection time usually lasting years. We list our manufacturers warranty times on all our products.
